At first sight, Monogram Idylle from 2010 Cruise Collection resembles Mini Lin Collection from 2008, however, this collection has been wholly reinvented. The change of name reflects the rebirth.
French for ‘romance’, the soft and feminine Monogram Idylle canvas is crafted from a blend of cotton and linen and expresses the Monogram pattern on light and hard-wearing jacquard. These pieces are built to be several times more durable than the Mini Lin line. All items are designed to be particularly body friendly and comfortable to wear. Unlike the Mini Lin line, these bags come with a strap.
The canvas is given a refined edge by contrasting calfskin leather trimmings and rich golden metallic hardware.
That was not the first experiment where traditional Speedy got a strap but it was the first time the Bandouliere model was added to the collection.
This bag is available as a Bandouliere version in three colors, Fusain, Encre, and Sepia.
